Ayer Conservation Commission advances Sawyer May LLC roadway project with unanimous vote to continue hearing. Sean Malone of Oak Consulting presented relocated drainpipe placement 6-7 feet outside the required 25-foot no-disturb zone, with Planning Board approval received. Conservation Agent Heather Hampson reported ongoing regulation revisions including new 200-foot vernal pool buffers, 50-75-foot setbacks, wildlife habitat mitigation provisions, and a 60 percent native plantings requirement.

Commission scheduled a March 21 site walk and deferral to March 26 pending Natural Heritage habitat analysis and Goddard Consulting review.
