Ayer Deed Records Show $1 Million Gap Between High and Low Sales in August
Ayer recorded 18 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only 10 listed a sale price, ranging from $211,000 to $992,750 with a median of $555,000. The month's top sale was 13 Gaskins Lane at $992,750, sold by Ayer Development LLC to Ian H. Pushee. Autumn Ridge Drive saw three separate condo transfers, and eight of the 18 deeds, nearly half, carried no disclosed price, most involving family members or personal trusts rather than open-market buyers. The data shows a mix of six-figure disclosed sales and undisclosed intra-family transfers, with no single dominant pattern by street or price tier beyond Autumn Ridge Drive's condo activity.
