Ayer Home Sales Range From $250,000 To $850,000 As July Median Holds At $530,000

Ayer recorded 18 property transfers between July 10 and August 8, 2026, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds data. Thirteen of those sales disclosed a price, ranging from $250,000 for a home on Partridge Run to $850,000 for 37 Hemlock Drive, the period's top sale. The median disclosed price was $530,000. Seven of the 13 priced sales landed between $500,000 and $1 million, while six sold for under $500,000; no sale exceeded $1 million. Five transfers, including family and trust transactions, carried no disclosed price. The data shows steady transaction volume spread across a range of price points, with no single street or neighborhood dominating.
