The notice, headlined "Statement on Lincoln Hills - Stop Work Order Lifted," did not specify the reason for the original order, the project's scope, or a timeline for resuming construction.
The announcement was the most substantial Town Hall item posted in the past day. Ayer's Select Board is scheduled to meet Monday, Aug. 31, at Town Hall for its next regular session.
