Ayer LLC Sale Tops $1.55 Million As Family Trust Transfers Dominate August Deeds
Ayer recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only eight carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $299,000 to $1,550,000 with a median of $555,000. The month's top transaction was a $1,550,000 sale from Orion Park LLC to Sawyer May LLC, with no street address listed in the deed. The remaining nine transfers, including two units on Autumn Ridge Drive, moved property among family members or into personal trusts without a stated price. With more than half of recorded deeds reflecting non-arm's-length transfers, the period's data offers limited visibility into open-market pricing trends for Ayer.
