Ayer recorded 18 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Eight of those sales had a price recorded, ranging from $299,000 to $889,000, with a median of $562,500. The month's largest transaction was 16 Madigan Lane, which sold for $889,000 on Aug. 13. Ten of the 18 recorded deeds were transfers within families or into trusts and had no price recorded yet, including three separate filings on Autumn Ridge Drive. With just over half of transactions lacking public price data, the available figures show a range spanning from below $300,000 to just under $900,000.
