The month's top sale was 27 Cook St. at $4,550,000, followed by 15 Westford Rd. at $3,150,000; both sellers were listed as LLCs or trusts. Three condo units at 55 Littleton Rd. also changed hands. Six transfers, mostly family trust transactions, have no price listed yet. The data shows a wide split between a few high-value deals and a cluster of sales under $600,000, with no indication of overall market direction beyond that range.
