Ayer Board of Assessors approves $884.24 in statutory exemptions for fiscal 2026. The board, led by Chairman Nicholas P. Laggis, unanimously approved three new statutory exemptions totaling $884.24 and processed the February Motor Vehicle and Trailer Excise Abatement report, which recorded two abatements totaling $485.35.
Assessing Administrator April Iannacone presented the abatement data and exemption applications to members James Wood and Mike Gibbons. The board's next meeting is scheduled for April 27, 2026.
