Ayer Affordable Housing Committee schedules September housing forum to advance town initiatives. The committee unanimously voted to hold the housing forum on September 29 ahead of Fall Town Meeting, with presentations from Town Planner Danny Ruiz on accessory dwelling units and inclusivity.
