Conservation Commission approves amended order of conditions for Creative Materials.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 9, 2026

AYER — Conservation Commission approves amended conditions for Creative Materials at 12 Willow Road. The Commission unanimously voted to remove a deed restriction requirement and substitute two conditions: boundary signage marking the 100-foot buffer limit and deed notation of restrictions, with Conservation Agent Heather Hampson revising the language to require registry-of-deeds submission following Commission review. The Commission also continued two public hearings to April 23: Sawyer May, LLC's Orion Park Drive roadway extension, awaiting Massachusetts Wildlife comment on a Goddard Consulting report, and New England Power Company's transmission line maintenance project.

Proposed special conditions for Sawyer May include storm water drain marking, vegetative driveway buffer, deicing chemical prohibition, and vernal pool work restrictions between March 1 and April 15.
