Conservation Commission · Meeting of June 11, 2026

Ayer Conservation Commission approves Order of Conditions for Sawyer May roadway project. Chair Jessica G. Gugino led the commission in unanimously voting to issue the order for the Orion Park Drive extension, after Natural Heritage identified a 19-year-old conservation restriction and required modifications to a snow storage plan.

Conservation Agent Heather Hampson requested special conditions including no snow storage in the cul-de-sac and no-dumping signage; the applicant agreed to work with the town on site conditions. The commission also unanimously appointed George D. Bacon, Jr. as Vice Chair and recommended Andy MacGregor to the Select Board for the open Conservation Commission seat.
