AYER — Historical Commission approves congratulatory letter for Sandy Pond School Gold Star Project. Chair George D. Bacon, Jr., Vice Chair Barry Schwarzel, Member Margaret Durand, and Member Christopher G Pataky met February 3 to advance a draft letter to Vanessa Abbott with minor edits applied.

Bacon pledged to submit a letter of support for a Community Preservation Committee request from the Sandy Pond School Association seeking funds for a heating system, and reported that Community and Economic Development had submitted property review documents for 9 Forest Street and 13 East Main Street under the Ayer Housing Rehab Program with no objections raised.
