Library Trustees approve governance invoice and strategic planning session

Ayer Library Trustees approved a $138 invoice for governance and 501(c)(3) work and hosted a strategic planning workshop. Vice Chair Andrew Wilson chaired the meeting, with five trustees present: Rebecca Myers, Brenda Richard, Sue Kennedy, Cyndi Lavin, and Obadiah Brown. Treasurer Brenda Richard reported closing fund balances of $193,967.52.
Katherine Adleberg of the Massachusetts Library System led a joint workshop with both the Library Trustees and the Friends of the Ayer Library Executive Board.
