Four transfers, including intra-family and trust transactions on Central Avenue, Mulberry Circle and Grove Street, have no price on record yet. Seven of the 10 priced sales fell between $500,000 and $600,000, suggesting prices clustered in that range during the period, with no transactions exceeding $1 million.
