Ayer Planning Board approves truck route change and Park Street mixed-use development. Chairman Jonathan Kranz, Vice Chair Nathan King, and members Julie Murray and Ken Diskin voted unanimously to modify the Lincoln Hills site plan to route oversized vehicles via Coolidge Road after confirming trucks can navigate the peak without issue. The Board also unanimously approved a four-story mixed-use building at 3-5 Park Street containing commercial space and twelve residential units, subject to standard and special parking conditions under the Ayer Zoning Bylaw.

The public hearing for an Orion Park Drive subdivision modification was continued to February 10, 2026.
