AYER — Planning Board approves site plans for Jackson and Littleton Road residential projects. The board unanimously granted three waivers for a single-family home with an accessory dwelling unit at 50 Jackson Street and approved the site plan subject to 36 standard conditions and 2 special conditions. At 64 Littleton Road, the board simultaneously approved a three-lot development featuring individual single-family homes with accessory dwelling units, each with driveway and utility connections; the Site Plan Review and minor Stormwater Management Permit both passed unanimously, each subject to 36 general conditions addressing stormwater management and homeowners association maintenance obligations.
