Ayer Select Board approves taking order for West Main Street Bridge easements. The Select Board unanimously approved an Order of Taking for permanent and temporary easements from property owned by Barry F. Sullivan, Trustee of Sullivan Investment Trust and Agnes K.
Sullivan Trust, located on West Main Street. The permanent easement covers 4,061 square feet and the temporary construction easement covers 5,087 square feet; the temporary easement terminates automatically two years from the recording date. The town awarded 2,800 dollars in damages to the property owner under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 79.
