The town is pursuing a $950,000 CDBG grant by April 21 and a $200,000 Community Compact IT grant by February 5, while the Friends of the Senior Center have mobilized $62,000 in fundraising support.

Construction documents are aimed at bid-readiness by mid-April, triggering the formation of a pre-qualification subcommittee required by state law for projects exceeding $10 million.
