Planning Board · Meeting of February 10, 2026

Ayer Planning Board continues major hearings, begins Master Plan overhaul. The board deferred public hearings on a modified major site plan at 14 Washington Street — shifting from five residential units plus commercial space to eight residential units — and on Orion Park Drive subdivision modification, both to February 24. Engineer Limhuot Tiv and owner Mark Gallagher Sr. presented revised plans for the former fire station conversion; vandalism including copper theft and cupola damage may require further adjustments, with a response letter promised within days.
