Planning Board approves agenda amendment, continues two public hearings.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 13, 2026

Ayer Planning Board continues two hearings and opens stormwater review. Chair Jonathan Kranz presided as the Board approved an amended agenda and agreed in principle to hear a truck route modification for Lincoln Hills based on Police Chief Gill's safety assessment recommending Lincoln Street over the originally approved Winthrop-to-High Street path. The Board continued the 3-5 Park Street mixed-use development hearing to January 27 after resolving most design concerns and accepting a draft parking agreement with a five-year automatic renewal term, pending Town Counsel edits.

A separate public hearing for the Orion Park Drive subdivision modification, proposed to fully construct a previously approved road with water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure, was opened and continued to the same date.
