Ayer Planning Board approves 20 Groton Harvard Road nine-unit development; two more applications advance. Chair Jonathan Kranz led unanimous approval of the residential project with 36 standard and five special conditions, including required monthly construction status reports by a certified professional engineer. The board also opened hearings on a 32-unit multifamily building at 26 & 30 Littleton Road and received presentations on design and infrastructure elements, with both that application and Radisson Road's stormwater permit hearing continued to August 25.
