Planning Board · Meeting of August 11, 2026

AYER — The Ayer Planning Board approved a site plan and stormwater permit for 20 Groton-Harvard Road and opened a hearing on a 32-unit Littleton Road building. The board, chaired by Jonathan Kranz with members Ken Diskin, Peter Kush and David Cibor voting, approved both Groton-Harvard Road decisions 4-0, adding a condition for monthly certified-engineer status reports during construction. Grossman Companies director of development Avi Shas told the board the proposed 32-unit building at 26 and 30 Littleton Road, with three affordable units and 49 parking spaces, is "the first time that we, at least in my tenure, are making a larger investment in the town." The board continued that hearing, along with a stalled Radisson Road stormwater permit whose applicant did not respond to the town, both to August 25.

Town Planner Danny Ruiz said a town-sponsored housing forum is set for September 29.
