Commission issues negative determination on Deer Run project

Ayer Conservation Commission issues negative determination on Deer Run vegetation clearing project. Voting unanimously, the Commission found that the vegetation clearing and landscaping work at 50 Deer Run does not require further review under the Wetlands Protection Act. The project includes removing four trees, clearing overgrowth, installing grass, and placing a play structure within the 200-foot stream setback.

Vice Chair George D. Bacon, Jr. presided with Chair Jessica G. Gugino absent.

The Commission also voted unanimously to continue a Notice of Intent hearing for Sawyer May, LLC on Orion Park Drive roadway extension work to July 9.
